The garden gate opens onto the Royal Golf Course and it is a short walk to the famous tennis centre, the Golf Club with Royal Spa and the Beach with a wide range of restaurants.

The villa is built on one level and is ideal for all ages. With traditional and comfortable furniture, it feels like a home rather than a letting property.

There is a regular maid service (excluding Public Holidays). Bath and swimming towels and all linen is provided.

Free fibre WIFI, Digital TV, DVD player, HIFI, BBQ, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, room fans, electric heating, safe, First Aid kit all provided. Selection of buckets, spades, games and books.

Cot, high chair and logs for wood burning fireplace available upon request.

Short walk to the supermarket and Medical Centre. Resort Circuit bus available. Near the Security Centre. 20 minute drive to Faro airport and Loule market. Car hire not essential.

Dining

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a large supply of cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware. Should you wish to eat in there is the dining area inside or alternatively the covered veranda overlooking the garden.

Garden

The large, landscaped garden surrounds the property. It is divided into a pool and patio area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The area laid to lawn is ideal for children to play in or for those seeking some shade. At the back of the property are shrubs and fruit trees. Finally the roof terrace offers a perfect place to sunbathe or have an evening drink as the sun goes down.

The minimum age of renters is 30 years old with the lead booker staying in the property for the duration of the reservation. We are a non-smoking villa, no pets and no on-site parties or group events. Guests are responsible for damage and breakages and we ask that you please report any damage to the local Managing Agent. Long winter lets available minimum 4 weeks, from £600 per week for 2 people.
Full Tourist Licence (a legal requirement).
